Our Story

We've loved every moment of our journey with you!

Where We Started

We originally started by focusing solely on building quality hidden compartment shelves.  Valuables hidden in plain sight.  Hence the name, Plain Sight Woodworking.  Though we still build the shelves upon request, we have added many other fun unique products to our line.

Where We Are Now

We are striving to bring our customers unique quality wood products at a fair price not typically found in your average store or gift shop.  Our offerings include but are not limited to:

  • Wood games like our popular ring/hook game, Shut the Box game, our take on the Cracker Barrel peg game and cribbage boards to name a few.
  • Decorative wood quilt style wall art.
  • Decorative Trays.
  • Camp tables/stools.
  • Seasonal decor.
  • Custom customer requests
  • And of course, our hidden compartment shelves.
We proudly source most of our wood and components locally whenever possible.
